Let's talk DIETS for a moment. In 6 months, I will find myself hopefully in a new 2 piece with a Margarita soaking up the sun lounging on a chair at the beach! Anyways the point is...I desperately want to be in shape and looking good. My cousins are going to be there and they look like my thigh on a good day. I wouldn't say that I've struggled with weight but just want to be healthier and a little sexier for the husband! So 2014 is going to be the dawn of a new ass lol I guess I just need to begin building a game plan...little less scratch that No Mountain Dew and portion control!!! Xoxo B

Cooked Burgers and French Fries today mixed with some football and beer, with good friends and some Duck Dynasty...How could Sunday get any better:)...but wait it does because I don't have to work tomorrow! Xoxo B

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Chris and I spent Christmas Eve with my family and Christmas day with his family. I love Christmas time, the presents, the decorating, the cookies, and just being with friends and family. It doesn't get any better! I want to blog about our engagment and wedding soon (with photos of course). But for now here is a sneak peek of our engagment/wedding photos, courtesy of Lisa Schwartz Photography.

I Working out some kinks on the wedding photo's, hopefully will be up soon. I was so nervous about getting our pictures taken, obviously we have never had an engagment session before so there were nerves like...when you look at others photo's and you can tell if they are in love or some look so blah...what is appropriate to wear... what poses will we have to do, and kissing in front of the photographer...in the end we had a great time and just ended up being ourselves I love the way they turned out!! What a wonderful way to end the day! It's snowing like crazy, the fire is stoked, house is completely(not) cleaned, the husband is snuggled in on his new recliner(Thanks Mom and Dad), and the house smells of Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies :) One very Happy Wife and One Very Happy Husband (Eating his Cookies)<3 Forgive my wild woman hair!! I should probably say a little bit about myself and this blog of mine...so here it goes!

I'm a twenty-something country girl from Ohio, I'm happily married to my best friend for 1 1/2 years. I love anything DIY, Family and Friends. We love to party and just enjoy having fun. We have our own place, a beautifully small log cabin with 6 acres. The furry fella is our 1 yr old New Foundland boy named Bear. Sunday we celebrated my grandpa's 80th birthday. It was a big event with all our closest family and friends. I video taped the party and am going to make copies for my mamma, 4 aunt's, and 2 uncle's. We haven't all been together for a really long time...it was nice. Xoxo B
